Delivery:
We dispatch by next day courier to any address in mainland Britain and charge £9.00 + VAT per carton. For orders over £300, excluding VAT, carriage is charged at 3% of order value. For orders over £1,000 please contact us so that we can give you a specific quote. Also we are happy to organise the shipment of your order overseas if required.

Carriage on samples is £3.00 + VAT.

Payment:
Payment is required with order by BACS payment, cheque, debit or credit card upon confirmation of order for non account holders.

Packaging:
All of our textile products except caps, tea towels and badges are individually wrapped in a polybag at no extra cost.

Colours:
The colours available may vary both between the different quality levels of a product and between brands.

Lead Times:
Delivery is normally within 10 working days from confirmation of order. However, please don't hesitate to let us know if your deadline is shorter than this as we will do our utmost to help you meet your date and have been able to turn orders around within 48 hours.
